My new feature ships!
Apple introduced new Power Mac G5 systems today that include the new feature I worked on. It's the system migration feature that can take data from your old Macintosh and transfer it to your brand spanking new Macintosh.
While working on this, I came upon numerous instances with friends where I knew this would save them hours of time, but I couldn't say anything about it.
Truly Hassle-Free Upgrade
Apple simplicity lets you add a Power Mac G5 to your creative studio without days of downtime configuring a new system. The new Mac OS X setup assistant helps you effortlessly move user accounts, system preferences, documents and applications from an old Mac to a new Power Mac G5 — and the transfer is FireWire fast.

Nice! Too bad I didn't have it a few weeks ago when I got my new 15" PowerBook G4. I just used FireWire disk mode to copy everything from my old 12" G4. Will this feature be available on all new Macs?
